Helpful Tools:

•Plastic Snips, or other means

•Metal Snips, for cutting metal axles and ball-joints

•5/64 drill bit to hand drill the snap-axle™ at the point where the ball joint attaches. A 2mm drill bit may also work.

Helpful Hints:

After trimming ball joints to length be sure to deburr the tip with a file and ensure end is straight. Since tolerances are so tight any “point” on the tip of the ball-joint shaft will make for a loose connection.

If for some reason you end up with a loose snap-axle™ to ball-joint connection add a drop of glue to the open hole AFTER inserting the ball-joint into the snap-axle™
