\u2022Plastic Snips, or other means<\/p>\n

\u2022Metal Snips, for cutting metal axles and ball-joints<\/p>\n

\u20225\/64 drill bit to hand drill the snap-axle\u2122 at the point where the ball joint attaches. A 2mm drill bit may also work.<\/p>\n

Helpful Hints:<\/p>\n

After trimming ball joints to length be sure to deburr the tip with a file and ensure end is straight. Since tolerances are so tight any \u201cpoint\u201d on the tip of the ball-joint shaft will make for a loose connection.<\/p>\n

If for some reason you end up with a loose snap-axle\u2122 to ball-joint connection add a drop of glue to the open hole AFTER inserting the ball-joint into the snap-axle\u2122<\/p>\n
